Early main-contractor's involvement may take place at this phase. Procurement Revisited
At this point, the steps to procure construction should be taken. Based on your preferences, PLAZA can help you with identifying the best way to go by designing a guideline that will assist you in the selection of the main-contractor and the contract type.
Elemental Cost Estimate Report
The developed drawings bring sufficient information to allow for the assessment of the cost of each building element such as structure, roofing, cladding, interior finishes etc. It is a firm estimation.
Risk analysis & Value Engineering
The Elemental Cost Estimate PLAZA produces also contains analysis and comments about risky areas and how to deal with them. If necessary, a re-evaluation of specifications and scope is equally and carefully considered in order to maintain the costs within the preliminary budget.
