Final Cost Estimate

Detailed Drawings are prepared for Building Consent and Tender purposes as well as construction. The final cost estimate together with a Schedule of Quantities are able to be produced based on those drawings. Builders use that documentation to prepare their quotes and cost consultants to evaluate the builders' proposals.

Tender Documentation and Invitation

PLAZA can help property owners with collating tender documentation by liaising with designers to obtain the working drawings, preparing conditions of tender, send invitations, receiving and analysing submissions and identifying any necessary modifications. If required, PLAZA can also prepare a Schedule of Quantities (SoQ) - as per current industry standards - which functions as a guide for main-contractors to prepare their tender submission documents.

Trade Format Estimate

PLAZA work together with builders by preparing their cost proposal for their customers. These services can be tailored to the builder's requirements. We usually measure carpentry and labour and liaise with preferred subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and analyse their quotes and collate all the information in a comprehensive Cost Estimate Report.

We also can help builders with preparing Tender submissions by analysing conditions of tender and managing the entire process, accordingly.
