Cost Estimate at Concept Design Stage
Establishing the budget
Usually used as a means of investigating possibilities and setting a preliminary budget, the Cost Estimate at this Stage is also called Conceptual Estimate or Feasibility Study. There are different reports that can be produced and a general Procurement Strategy can also be discussed as an overall guideline. Property owners use those reports to consult with lenders about possibilities of funding the Project.

To address that demand, PLAZA offers a variety of services, such as:
Cost Consultancy
A meeting where you present your ideas and overall solutions are discussed.
Procurement Strategy
There are many different ways of procuring construction, one will suit your expectation. PLAZA can present the options and consider them with you.
Pre-feasibility Study
If you have schematic drawings but are still unsure about budget, PLAZA can help you with understanding the cost implications of your Project ideas and record that in a short report.
Feasibility Study
At this Stage, you already have a more defined idea and the Concept Drawings are practically finished. PLAZA will prepare the Conceptual Estimate. This is a critical step, as it investigates the Project Financial Viability before proceeding into its development.
