Our costing services are organised according to the Stages of the Building Project, as recommended by NZCIC Design Guidelines and IWBDP. You can contract individual services as you wish or by building a Cost Planning Package from previous selected options.
To address that demand, PLAZA offers the following services per Stage:
We are prepared to help you and your client not only at Developed Design Stage, but also during the earlier phases of the Project.
We believe the inclusion of the cost assessment as one of the design factors will contribute to the decision-making process (value engineering), the identification of risks and its management and, consequently, the achievement of the desired outcome.
